All the installs are carried out by us. We are always happy to take clients round to previous jobs, to show what we can do and give you an idea of a particular product’s physical appearance.

Laying methods:

Floating floor (3, 5 10mm underlay) – normally only used with a 14mm thick wooden ‘click’ system and not normally with used with underfloor heating.

Fully bonded (glued) – this is our preferred method when installing herringbone (engineered or solid) or laying over underfloor heating systems.

Sika Silent Layer install – this is again an underlay which has ‘slots’ in which are filled with glue. The big benefit with this product is the fact is it’s the best of both worlds.

Secret nailed or tongue tight screwed – normally only with a 18/20mm plywood over board.

We also do:

Full site surveys before installation to check moisture etc

Supply and install skirting and thresholds to suit

Supply and lay all levelling compound

Floor sanding and sealing

All other accessories including DPM’s (damp proof membranes), cleaning products, adhesives, underlays and much more

Please also note, as a company we don’t tend to use angle beads! We would also prefer to either supply fresh new skirting details or we can cut into existing skirting if this is not possible.
